Austin (United States), April 9, 2022 - Pole Position for the Snipers with Andrea Migno on the COTA circuit in Texas.
Unfortunately a team divided into two parts: a sad part caused of the situation of Alberto Surra and the other that rejoices at a result that has been sought for a long time and has finally arrived.
FP3 starting immediately with a fast pace, Alberto due to a contact with another rider, is the protagonist of a very bad fall that triggers the red flag for free practice.
The pilot is conscious but is taken away from the track in the ambulance and this leaves everyone with bated breath. Only the radiographs will subsequently confirm a micro fracture in the scaphoid of the right hand; Alberto is therefore declared unfit for tomorrow's race.
FP3 continues with no great improvements in times and sees Andrea close in second place.
Great qualifications instead for the rider from Saludecio who defeats everyone and hits the pole position.
